I bought some Clarins cleanser from your duty free area.At the time you were filming a Christmas Ad and the place was very disorganised. I took my purchase and placed it in my carry on bag (As I had already put my suitcase in the hold). My bag has been held at Heathrow since Sunday. I flew on TP1359 TAP Portugal from London to Lisbon and my bag never followed. TAP Portugal has been very difficult to deal with in resolving this issue so I am reaching out to Heathrow directly. I can see my bag in your airport in what looks like terminal 2&3. It hasn't moved since Sunday. My baggage claim ticket is United PRIO Stehlik/Lori, RECLOC OL6273,TP 1367 LIS, Lisbon, UA16LHR,UA591 EWA, SEA/LC,09SEP23/1103. The bar code number is 0016 20****. My address in Lisbon is currently: Rua D. Pedro V, 107, 2ºG, Lisbon, Lisboa, 125*-*** I'm supposed to travel from here to other parts of Portugal but it will be difficult to do so without my bag. My original flight was on Aer Lingus 0162 - 11:15am - depart Dublin too London Heathrow with a connecting flight to SFO at 1:20pm. where I was profusely mentally and physically abused at the Heathrow TSA. I was doing only a connecting flight at London Heathrow where I only had to walk from the terminal I arrived at Heathrow, to the connecting United flight. When I notice that in order to get to the connecting United flight I was faced with another TSA check which I had already done in Dublin. I was informed by airport people that I would not need to do another TSA check when I arrived at Heathrow and was only connecting to the UAL flight. When I approached the TSA, I asked what this was all about when I was told that no further TSA check was required at Heathrow, I was immediatley harrassed and verbally abused, the TSA staff yelled at me and said I could not go through the TSA check-in because I asked why I was doing the check for a second time. They forced me to sit aside and continued to scream and humiliate me, and forced me to wait for 10 minutes while letting other passengers through, (I had a connecting flight to catch), they called a manager who proceeded to yell at me, treat me with much disgrace, and demeaning attitude toward me. I am a 76 year old woman, this was total elder and mental and physical abuse, when I was finally allowed to go through the electronic screening, a TSA woman put her hands inside my pants, and over patted every bone in my body, and continued this for (5 minutes). This was most abusive on the part of the HEATHROW TSA, and I hope no one else has been a victim such as I was, We are not animals, we are human beings. To be treated with such disrespect is uncalled for and needs to stop. Heathrow Airport has a bad reputation with how they treat passengers. I have been an airline passenger very many times, and in my local international airport; SFO, this would never have occurred. I expect an apology for such indecent abuse and disrespect. I of course was very upset with the most abusive treatment that it destroyed the entire trip I had in Europe. You can be sure I will never use Heathrow airport again..
